Not your typical soft play centre. This ambitious start-up in the heart of Windsor has created a place for the whole family to enjoy so they came to The WiFi Specialist to ensure the adults could enjoy WiFi whilst the children played.
A mesh of WiFi access points were installed after our specialist site survey enabled us to identify the best place for optimal WiFi coverage and interaction. Our network design meant access points were sensitively located and ensure there is minimal interference and speeds are consistent regardless of the number of users. The Jelly Lounge branded their free guest access wifi which is complemented by a cloud base management software system from blackbx. Providing useful analytics and insights about their business and customers to maximising their marketing capabilities. The self-managed software means they are now able to monitor loyalty to update and improve their offers and engagement rates. Their chosen captive portal is easily navigated whilst providing secure access to all devices and GDPR compliant data capture.
The WiFi Specialist will continue to manage and maintain the Wifi network at The Jelly Lounge and making sure their customers are secure and enjoying the Wifi provided.
